Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions you must not use the company or the website.


When you place an order or sign up to the newsletter you agree to be targeted by marketing content created by the company. The user has an option to opt out from any further marketing content by pressing opt out button at the bottom of the emails.


The company will ensure that customer information is not being misused by the company or any other sides against customers. All of the content used on the website is intellectual property of the website and cannot be used unless direct permission was given.


The cookie policy when on the website will allow cookies (data stored about the interactions with the website) to be used to help serve the best experience for our users and help ‘I Read My Story’ optimise the website to create more seamless browsing experience.

Refund Policy

To avoid pixalation issues and manage delivery expectations, a number of precautionary guides have been installed throughout the order process to help customers create the perfect product that will arrive at the expected time. If the order is missing through delivery carrier, arrives damaged or the print is faulty, the order will then be resubmitted for second reprint free of charge providing the efficient evidence of the damage has been provided. Refunds can be offered as an alternative option in a form of credit equivalent to the order total. If the order is faulty or there is a quality issue as a result of customer’s error, the order will not be resubmitted or refunded.

Changing or cancelling your order

The customer takes full responsibility in ensuring the personalised products are designed without grammatical errors in text and images that are used are within the recommended quality. The customer will be notified via pop up warnings if the quality of the images needs to be improved. If the customer chooses to ignore the guidelines, this may impact future refund for the products with errors, if the user chooses to refund or reprint the product.


The company will dispatch the orders as soon as they are printed, but unless specified otherwise the user should allow up to 7 working days for the orders to be printed, packaged and shipped. Followed by a few day’s delivery, depending on the order delivery options.
